How
do I cancel my membership?
If you signed up with CCBill, you can
easily go to their pages and cancel your membership immediately. If you're
having any problems, just email us with your username and password and we will take care of it
you.
Can I share my password with my friends?
No, please don't.
Membership is individual and non-transferable. It is wrong to share
passwords just as much as copying music and software.
In our case, bandwidth is very expensive when more users are accessing one account at he same
time.We monitor the site and will immediately shut down all shared
accounts.
What format are your movies in?
Some older files are general MPEG. This is an excellent format compatible with any computer and
movie player. Newer files are Windows Media or Quicktime. The two formats are visible on virtually every operating
system, players are available for free. If you have any problems or questions,
contact us. We will be happy to help you.
How do I play a movie?
There are two options. You can click on the movie
and it will open in a new window or you can right click on the movie
(PC) / Control - click on the movie (MAC) and save the movie to your hard disk.
I have trouble viewing images. What's wrong?
This is a very uncommon problem. Some users have trouble displaying images
from specific sites on Internet Explorer and PC. Typically, it looks
like the page is loading forever. Users might think the connection or
the server are slow, but really, it is a problem with the browser. While
this problem is rare, our best advice for everyone is to use safer, lighter
and more modern browsers instead of
Explorer. All
problems are gone once users access
member sites with better browsers. Those include (but are not limited
to): Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org),
Opera (http://www.opera.com), Netscape
(http://www.netscape.com). Explorer
has recently attracted negative attention for its bugs and security
hazards.
Are credit card transactions safe? Will my privacy be respected?
Absolutely.
For our safety and yours, we use reputable third party processors to
take care of all credit card transactions and membership
management. Those are large companies with years of experience in this field. We
don't have access to any credit card information. CCBill implements
the best safety solutions available. If you purchase a recurring membership,
you will be informed every time a payment will take place. As soon
as you ask to stop rebilling, we will act immediately and you will not
be billed again. As for privacy, any information that we collect, such
as your email address, will only stay with us. We don't share or sell
information, we do not engage in any spam activity. We only write to
our members in response to your messages, and never out of our own initiative.
